This privacy policy governs your use of BASE2LAB MOBILE GAME software applications.

(“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Mxolisi Thobela of Base2Lab. The Application is a Hyper-Casual game.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

We collect information in Five (5) data types:

  1. Personal: Other (e.g. Gender Identity)

  2. Location: Approximate Location (Country, City)

  3. App Activity: Sessions, Length of session, Frequency of use

  4. App Performance: Crash logs

  5. Device ID: Device Type, Model

 

Automatically Collected Information

The data types mentioned above are collected automatically.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

​

No, The Application only collects approximate location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

​

Only our publishing partners have access to the Application data.

What are my opt-out rights?

​

You can opt-out of the Application easily by uninstalling the Application.

You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at Base2Lab@gmail.com.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at Base2Lab@gmail.com.  We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors/publishers who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and inside the App. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the South Africa. If you reside outside South Africa your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under South Africa privacy standards.

Data deletion requests

To delete user data collected by “Base2Lab”, please reach out to “Base2Lab@gmail.com”.

If you also want to request the deletion of the data that may have been collected about you or your device by our third-party partners that are acting as independent data controllers, you will find below the contact for each partner and the link to the relevant section of their privacy policies:

  • Voodoo:

    • Voodoo does not collect any of your personal data and only provides an SDK package to retrieve the data collected by the above-mentioned partners. You can still contact them to request the deletion of their access to the partners’ interfaces.
